Building Inspections & 10 Year Maintenance Plan

Our process for building inspections involves close collaboration with the Portfolio Manager and stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced. We will perform detailed building inspections and create a condition report of all elements, utilising the information gathered and our industry knowledge.

This report will adhere to the standards outlined in PMR 22 of annexe 1 of the Regulations to the STSMA, providing a clear and accurate reflection of the condition of the building elements without including any financial information for reinstatement or replacement.
