Our monthly valuations & claims service involves calculating the value of work completed by a contractor over a given month, followed by processing any claims related to payment for that work. 

We will review the work completed by the contractor and determine the value of that work based on agreed-upon rates and project milestones. We will also ensure that our clients are satisfied with the progress of the project and the quality of work completed.

This process involves a range of tasks such as reviewing project plans, inspecting work sites, verifying materials and labor costs, and assessing progress against project timelines. We will then review and approve invoices, addressing any discrepancies between invoices and the work completed, and attending to any issued regarding payments or disputes.
