Our final deliverable for this service is a recommendation document that summarises the tender process and confirms our recommended scope and contractor, providing the client with the information needed to make an informed decision. A detailed Bill of Quantities will be provided if Naba Consulting is appointed as the Construction Project Manager, or it can be obtained for an additional fee if the client opts to manage the project internally.
