- Option B2 price is only applicable if the update is done within 1 year of the previous report and for buildings on which the original report was done by Naba.
- The financial models for the 10 year maintenance plans can be issued in excel format for an additional cost of R28 000 (excl VAT).
- The BoQ for a tender process, if Naba is not appointed to manage the project, can be issued in pdf and excel format for an additional cost of R38 000 (excl VAT).
- Option C for industrial and commercial properties is for isolated aspects only, if a comprehensive report is required for the entire property then this will be quoted on a project basis.
