  • 50% Deposit
  • 50% Payment prior to issuing report/tender results
  Option E
  • 20% Deposit and payment of outstanding 80% will be divided into equal monthly payments according to project duration.
  This proposal is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue to the client. By accepting this offer the client agrees that Naba Infrastructure Consultants may install a signboard on the perimeter of the property for a maximum duration of 2 months following the completion of our services at the property.

Note

  • Option B2 price is only applicable if the update is done within 1 year of the previous report and for buildings on which the original report was done by Naba.
  • The financial models for the 10 year maintenance plans can be issued in excel format for an additional cost of R28 000 (excl VAT).
  • The BoQ for a tender process, if Naba is not appointed to manage the project, can be issued in pdf and excel format for an additional cost of R38 000 (excl VAT).
  • Option C for industrial and commercial properties is for isolated aspects only, if a comprehensive report is required for the entire property then this will be quoted on a project basis.
